About Our Clinic

Dr. Nikki has extensive education and experience in Audiology. She has received degrees from University of Florida, Ohio State University, and West Virginia University. In addition, she has spoken at many national and local conventions and at many Universities. Dr. Nikki's interest in Audiology began when she was a young child because she has two deaf cousins.

Dr. Nikki's primary goal for her practice is to educate her patients about hearing loss, tinnitus, equilibrium, and communication. She and Dr. Neal spend as much time as is needed with each patient to ensure their complete understanding.  Coweta Hearing Clinic and Fayette Hearing Clinic patients report that they are thankful that they don't feel rushed and that they feel they have a complete understanding of the ear, hearing, their hearing loss, tinnitus, balance disorders, and recommendations when they leave her office.

Dr. Nikki and Dr. Neal also dig further with detailed diagnostic testing to ensure a proper and accurate diagnosis or your hearing problem, equilibrium problem, or tinnitus problem.  

In addition, Dr. Nikki created her practice with the philosophy that if you need hearing aids, you should be able to try them before you commit to buy them.  It is very difficult to know someone's success rate if they have never tried a hearing aid before.  So, she lets her patients try hearing aids at home and in their own environment to help them determine their actual benefit. Then, if they like them, they can buy them and if they don't like them, they can try something else or return them without any penalties.  Also, there is a wide range of hearing aid prices available with financing options.  If hearing aids are not affordable to you, discuss this with Dr. Nikki or Dr. Neal and they will help you with financing options or third party organizations that assist those with lower incomes.  Finally, Dr. Nikki and Dr. Neal actively uses every brand of hearing aid that is available on the market.  They believe that this allows their patients to obtain the latest technology and to be fit with hearing aids that are the most appropriate for the patient's hearing loss, lifestyle, needs, and budget.
